Western prepared a joint Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)/Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the SLTP in coordination with the San Luis & Delta Mendota Water Authority (Authority). Western is the lead agency under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The Authority is the lead agency for the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review process. The Bureau of Reclamation is a cooperating agency and the California Department of Water Resources is a responsible agency.

Draft Conformity Determination on Air Quality Available for Public Review and Comment
Western and the Authority would like to hear any comments you have on the Draft Conformity Determination on air quality. The Draft Conformity Determination is Appendix M of the Final EIS/EIR, which is available on the Project Documents page.
Please make your comments as specific as possible. Written comments can be provided by mail, by fax, or e-mail. All comments received or post-marked before or on April 25, 2016 will be considered in the Final Conformity Determination.
